Neighborhoods in Golden Oak
If you’re thinking of making the move to the luxury planned community of Golden Oak, you better hurry. The first 30 homes should be ready by late 2011/early 2012. Seven luxury home builders will design the perfect home for you and your family. Future residents won’t feel like they’re living in a theme park (you won’t find any hidden Mickey Mouse statues here!), but rather, it will feel like a pleasant community replete with special touches such as gardened entrances and waterfalls.
Four neighborhoods are being planned for Golden Oak, each one carefully designed to fulfill the Golden Standard that the Disney name is known for. Each home will be designed by a hand-selected group of builders whose experience includes customizing fine homes and luxury residences.
The Kimball Trace neighborhood will feature Tuscan-inspired homes and courtyard residences with each home placing great emphasis on privacy and convenience. This neighborhood will be within steps from Summerhouse, the proposed exclusive community clubhouse.
Silverbrook will include nineteen home sites for buyers to choose from, with each home situated on approximately a one-half acre lot. Conservation areas as well as water features add to the peaceful ambiance of this charming neighborhood.
The Carolwood neighborhood will be surrounded by natural preserves where sightings of osprey, songbirds and wood storks will be a common sight for residents. Seventeen custom home sites will be built in Carolwood. If you’re looking to live in an all-inclusive enclave, Carolwood Reserve is the neighborhood for you. Homes will feature exquisite views of the water and the golf course. Eight custom home sites sized at about three-quarters of an acre will be available in Carolwood Reserve.
